Well, as we (hopefully) close out the last week of this dumpster fire we call 2020, might as well start reblogging. Even if my readership includes no one, but it is good for my sanity.
Well had a half-ironman race (Memphis 70.3) and a marathon (Rock n Roll Las Vegas) cancelled as well as a few local races (River Bluff and Dixie Tris), so 2021 is going to be a reload year! Especially since the races are paid for already!
2020 was not the greatest workout year with a whopping 356 miles running, 372 miles riding, and 3050 yards swimming. I am hoping to run about 700 miles running (gotta make up for a marathon), 2000 biking, and swim about 25 miles (or so).
And I am in a test program for the first two months through TriDot, so will check that out and see if virtual coaching is the way to go!
Well looking forward to weekly updating this year, as well as my race recaps! So let's get done with 2020 and on to 2021!
