Well I guess November wasn't that bad, I guess I just need to make more realistic goals when I plan my weeks, so if I underestimate, then that is just golden!  I obviously rode more than I thought that I would, which isn't bad, but I need to get on the road more (treadmills suck!).

Well since I am almost thru December, this *might* be a waste of time, but at least I can get this going for next month!
